Acts to help release tight and tense muscle groups. Mix 5 drops with massage cream or Olive oil and rub vigorously onto the area concerned. Use as required.
To support a healthy upper respiratory system and help clear congestion, add 5 drops to a steam inhalation and breathe deeply for 10 minutes.

To support a healthy respiratory system free from congestion of the throat and chest, add 10 drops to 1/4 teaspoon of massage cream or carrier oil and apply three times a day around the throat and onto the chest and back. Especially beneficial at night time
